Leukocyte antigen CD37 ("CD37") , also known as GP52-40 , tetraspanin-26 (tetraspanin-26) , is a transmembrane protein of the tetraspanin-26 superfamily [1,2] , which is the first B is expressed on B cells during the stage of the surrounding mature B cells , but does not exist after the final differentiation into plasma cells. CD37 antigen is only weakly expressed on T cells, bone marrow cells and granulocytes. However, CD37 is also expressed on some malignant B cells, such as cells that cause non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) [3] , indicating that CD37 can be used for B cells Potential therapeutic targets for malignant diseases.
This product targeting CD37 antibodies can be used to overexpress CD37 flow cytometry and detection of the recombinant protein activity of recombinant cell lines.
