CD7 is a cell membrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 40kDa. It is an early T cell and NK cell antigen. It is expressed on most T cells and natural killer cells and belongs to the immunoglobulin super gene family. CD7 is mainly used for the classification of T lymphocyte lymphoma and leukemia. CD7 is expressed in 85% of peripheral T cells, NK cells, myeloid cells, T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, acute myeloid leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia. This product is a CD7- FC recombinant protein (FC tag can be removed by enterokinase), which can be used for monoclonal antibody screening or antibody function verification.
