Human-derived PD-1 protein usually exists in a monomeric form. It contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) , which can play an important role in peripheral tolerance and autoimmune diseases. PD-1 can be used as a cell surface inhibitory receptor to participate in the regulation of T cell immune tolerance. After binding to the ligand, it can inhibit T cell effects at the antigen-specific level. This product can be used to overexpress PD-1Flow cytometric detection of recombinant cell lines and activity detection of recombinant proteins.
