CD20, like CD19 , is a specific antigen of B cells, only located in pre- B cells and mature B cells. It is expressed in more than 95 % of B- cell lymphomas, but not in hematopoietic stem cells, plasma cells and other normal tissues. Therefore, it is a popular target for the treatment of lymphoma, leukemia and certain autoimmune diseases, and its application in the field of immunotherapy is very wide. With CD20 as a target of human-mouse chimeric antibody rituximab, it has become a classic antibody drugs in cancer immunotherapy, and with CD20 as a target of CAR-T is also used for multiple clinical trials.
This product is a human-mouse chimeric antibody targeting CD20 (Rituxan antibody sequence), which can be used for flow cytometric detection of over-expressing CD20 cell lines, and can also be used for the activity detection of recombinant CD20 protein.
